House Parties - Rolles Court is a perfect venue for a house party. Do you want a reunion or a short break with a small group of friends or family, then we can provide the base and cater for your needs. Themed stays can be organised such as pamper sessions, therapy sessions, art, photography, swimming classes, etc. There are also the local visitor attractions for a day out. Evening meals can be provided if you don't want to try one of the local restaurants, or you are welcome to order a takeaway. Call Jill or Ian on 01304 827487 to discuss your requirements. 

The Gardens - The 3 acre garden has flower beds, a vegetable plot, fruit trees lawns and a wooded area.  There are sun loungers and chairs to relax in suntraps or shady areas.   For children there is a large lawn on which to play and a wooded area to explore. 

Relax or let your children play on the main lawn.

The Swimming Pool - The swimming pool availability throughout the 2012 summer season will depend on the water level whilst the drought restrictions are in place as both cleaning and heating require a specific level.

The swimming pool can be covered for those cool 'English summer' days or open to the elements. A good size for swimmers or those who just want a cooling dip.

The Conservatory - Enjoy a full English breakfast or a something lighter from the buffet choices in our conservatory.

The conservatory/breakfast room is situated very close to the bird feeding table and the pond.  Enjoy the local wildlife and use the bird identification books to check out our more unusual visitors.

The Lounge - Home-from-home, our large lounge offers space to relax, watch TV, or read a book.

Relax in our lounge with a book or the television when the children are in bed. Board games are available to borrow.

 

The Dining Room - Our newly decorated dining room, with its open log fire, offers a cosier area for eating during the winter months.
